This scholarship opportunity is for the Institute to be held June 3–14, 2013 in Washington, D.C.  The scholarship award covers Institute tuition (currently $775) and includes publications and instructional materials. Transportation, room, and board are not included. Funding for this opportunity was provided by a generous grant from the National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC).
