The Library of Virginia offers this service to state officials, legislators, and staff of state agencies (excluding educational institutions).
You must be an employee of the Commonwealth of Virginia (excluding educational institutions) to access this service.
You must have a valid work e-mail address that is verifiable.
You must fill out the registration form in order to receive a user ID and a password.
You may not share your user ID and password with anyone else.
State Agencies may limit use of this database during office hours.
Failure to abide by these terms will result in suspension of your privileges.
