Expanded services are provided to state legislators including in-depth research, free photocopies of library materials, and extended loan periods.

To check out materials from the Library, legislators, their aides, and other agency employees must register with the circulation desk. Legislators may check out items for the duration of the session.

During the session, the Library will deliver research packages to the General Assembly mail room twice a day. In case of urgency, the Library will hand deliver materials to legislators' offices.
