The Commonwealth

The Commonwealth: A Newsletter for Teachers and Education Professionals from the Library of Virginia is distributed three times a year, in August, November, and March. The newsletter helps the Education and Outreach Division of the Library of Virginia communicate directly with educators, keeping them updated with:

-Resources and services available at the Library specifically for educators

-New lesson plans and ways to use our online collections in the classroom

-Events and programming designed for educators

-Contests, offers, and recommendations for teachers and students
