Notes: Painting the South elevation is almost complete. The new South Portico lantern made by Bill Toombs to convey the same character, at a smaller scale, as the lantern on the West Portico, has been installed. The stripped and repaired balustrade has been reinstalled on the porch, but it has not yet been repainted.

Notes: Restoration of the West (front) Portico is nearly complete. New cast fleurettes and other ornament have been fabricated and installed to match the historic moldings. The lantern restored by Bill Toombs has been reinstalled.

Notes: A massive site clean-up effort is underway, combined with efforts to plant new landscape materials. New sod has been mounded around the fountain in the center of the entry court. The paved driveway is rinsed with water and scoured with brushes rotating beneath a small street-cleaning vehicle.
