Notes: Modification of masonry openings along the east wall above the Ballrooms continues. The central opening was narrowed with concrete block. The jambs of new and modified openings were repaired with Portland cement mortar.

Notes: The removal of a majority of finishes from the west wall of the Governor's Bedroom and Dressing Room area has revealed portions of the original east (rear) wall of the Mansion. New openings and modified openings have been partially repaired. New steel lintels have been installed.

Notes: The basement framing in the Stairhall is a combination of steel studs, furring channels, and wood partition framing. All existing window and door casings and framing are removed from openings to provide the best substrate for new finishes.
