Will drain to an inlet at the northeast corner of the house and then into existing storm water line in Governor St. The new drainage line will be covered with gravel to about 1' below basement window sills, and then will be covered with filter fabric, sand and brick pavers. About 30 new electrical conduits are stubbed out of the north wall into the areaway just north of the portico. These conduits will extend into the areaway running south below the portico, within the gravel fill, and into the existing underground tunnel at the southeast corner. |
