Notes: Video and digital photos of areaway south of portico showing new storm water drainage system which begins at southwest corner of house. New brass drain cover shows level of brick pavers to be installed. Route of new electrical conduits, mentioned above, is evident. Electricians are tying together conduits into bundles for sliding under portico.

Notes: Video and digital photos of areaway showing new 8" PVC storm water drainage line connected to downspouts and condensate lines. Will drain to an inlet at the northeast corner of the house and then into existing storm water line in Governor St. The new drainage line will be covered with gravel to about 1' below basement window sills, and then will be covered with filter fabric, sand and brick pavers. About 30 new electrical conduits are stubbed out of the north wall into the areaway just north of the portico. These conduits will extend into the areaway running south below the portico, within the gravel fill, and into the existing underground tunnel at the southeast corner.

Notes: The grid for a suspended acoustical tile ceiling is complete in the Service Hall. The new brick-shaped terra cotta tile floor has been installed in a herringbone pattern.

Notes: The mechanical unit has been set in the ceiling of the Beverage Service area and the ductwork has been insulated. The walls show evidence of earlier channeling in the brick walls to recess utility lines.
