Notes: Video and digital photos of brick façade and woodwork newly exposed following paint removal. Closeups of brick. The mid-20th century southeast addition has a brick bond that is a row of alternating header/stretchers every fourth course, and the brick is a red color with accents of dark flashings. The brick bond of the original house is flemish, and the brick is uniformly orange color with narrow (3/8" +/- bed joints and 1/8" +/- head joints), buff colored mortar joints, struck with a recessed straight line.

Notes: Video and digital photos of east side steps to elevated walkway that connects main house with cottage. New stone steps being installed on prior concrete structure. They replace stone steps that were damaged from cracking. New lead coated copper step flashing has been installed between the connector wall and the concrete steps (below the new stone treads & risers) to protect the enclosed corridor below the elevated walkway.

Notes: Doug Campbell of Siewers, one of the millwork companies supplying finish lumber for the project, was examining the base of one of the fluted Doric columns on the North Portico. The base, a replacement, is rotted and must be replaced. Polyethylene sheeting has been removed from the north elevation, and from the rest of the Mansion.
