“Eight Ways to Accelerate Your Leadership Odyssey” by Dr. Christopher Howard

Dr. Christopher Howard, president of Hampden-Sydney College and a 2010 Trailblazer honoree, will offer advice applicable to all ages on how to live and to lead in an ever-changing world through personal stories, observations, anecdotes, and keen insight. The Library of Virginia invites you to celebrate African American History Month by honoring men and women who have played an integral part in Virginia’s history. Honorees include Dr. Florence Farley, Virginia Senator Henry L. Marsh, III, and Dr. Christopher Howard. Event is free, but you must call 804.692.3900 by Thursday, February 18, 2010, to reserve your seat.
