Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in the Library of Virginia as a volunteer. Strong community partnerships are valuable resources that help the Library of Virginia carry out its work. 

The Library is looking for individuals to volunteer at the information desk and as exhibition tour guides!

• Information desk volunteers will provide crucial information to Library visitors.

• Tour guide volunteers will lead in-depth tours of the current exhibition to groups interested in learning more about the Library’s history.
