The original documents relating to some index entries in the catalog have not survived. If you have any question about the availability of your order, please contact us before ordering materials.

Order By Mail
To order materials by mail, please download one of the forms below, fill it out and return to the Library of Virginia with payment. A fee of $25.00 is charged for all returned checks.
