Library Development and Networking
The Library Development and Networking Division provides professional consultation and support to more than 300 public libraries in Virginia, as well as to library staff in state agencies, schools, colleges, museums, corporations, and private organizations throughout Virginia. Most of this good work is made possible by federal funding provided through the Library Services and Technology Act program administered by the Institute of Museum and Library Services
