• Notes: Sheet lacks printer credit; Swem erroneously attributed this to Thomas Nicolson; however, the firm of Dixon & Holt was appointed as the public printer in June 1786, succeeding that of Dunlap & Hayes, who were dismissed on May 5, 1786, a result of their perceived negligence (tardy production of Assembly records).
