The Library of Virginia will launch its new Culturescape Saturdays programming initiative with a free Black History Month Celebration to highlight Black artists and storytellers on Saturday, Feb.21, from noon to 3 p.m. The event was originally scheduled for Jan. 31.
The Library of Virginia and Virginia Opera will present a free panel discussion and live musical performance exploring the true Civil War-era espionage stories that inspired the opera “Intelligence.”
