• Notes: Session met from October 16, 1786 to January 11. 1787; colophon lacks a date, but title was clearly issued after adjournment, sometime in early 1787.
  The firm of Dixon & Holt was appointed as the public printer in June 1786, succeeding that of Dunlap & Hayes, who were dismissed on May 5, 1786, as a result of perceived negligence (tardy production of Assembly records).
