• Notes: Sheet lacks printer credit; only recorded copy held by Virginia Historical Society is damaged, with the date in the text lost; imprint assigned to 1791 in this Index as a simple expedient.
  Printing such notices was a responsibility of the public printer; however two different Richmond printers held that position in the 1790s – John Dixon (1786-1791) and Augustine Davis (1791-99) – thus making even the suggestion of a issuing press impracticable.
