• Notes: No copy known extant; recorded by Swem from order of Council of State to Augustine Davis to print item timing of order (October 21, 1794) suggests that this title was a copy of the act passed by Assembly of 1793 as part of the 1792 Revisal of the Laws (1794.036) regulating the state militia, which could then be distributed by members of coming Assembly of 1794 when that session adjourned, a standard practice for distributing government documents in 1790s.
