  While not a case report, this imprint is similar to another such background essay on probate law published by George Wythe from the press of Thomas Nicolson (1796.027); so this title may be another tract in the series Wythe and Nicolson this same year, particularly as its form fits the pattern employed in those tracts; however, the absence of a title page herein makes such authorial and printer attributions only speculative.
