• Notes: The House ordered that 250 copies of this collection of official letters printed on December 25, 1799; these letters were later reprinted (1800.002) in combination with the report of the committee which was formed to consider them (1800.001) by an order of January 20, 1800.
  Imprint lacks printer credit; Evans erroneously ascribed this title to the press of Meriwether Jones & John Dixon Jr.; however, that concern was dissolved in April 1799, with Jones then assuming the public printing concession alone, so the attribution here.
