• Notes: Title apparently represents the start of the relationship between Davidson and bilingual printer Lawrence Wartmann, then employed by Henkel; shortly after this imprint was issued, Davidson opened the Theological Printing Office in Harrisonburg with fellow Presbyterian minister George Bourne, and the partners then employed Wartmann as their printer.
