  • Notes: Davidson was a founder of the tract society, along with fellow Presbyterian minister George Bourne; the pair opened the Theological Printing Office in Harrisonburg in spring 1813 as a way to add to the production issuing from Collett's Staunton press; this title was included in the first (and only) bound set of the society's tracts (1813.081) along with several other such small imprints printed in both Staunton and Harrisonburg.
