- Sequence Number: 113
- Year: 1816
- Place Issued: Petersburg
- Issuing Press: Marvel W. Dunnavant for William Rose
- Author: Hillard, Isaac (1737-1823),
- Notes: Imprint States: "Petersburg, Va. Re-printed at the Book and Job office of Marvel W. Dunnavant for William Rose, 1816." An indistinct impression of the imprint text on title page of copy recorded by Shaw & Shoemaker (and filmed by Early American Imprints Series) has resulted in the printer being recorded incorrectly as "Marren W. Dunnavant." The identity of Dunnavant's patron here is uncertain.
Title is a reprint of an 1814 tract authored by Hillard reveling in the "victory" of the United States in the War of 1812, and denigrating the New England aristocrats who had opposed the war and impeded its conduct.
