• Notes: Final accounting of treasurer's office while under the management of John Preston (1760-1827), he was replaced by Jerman Baker (1776-1828) on January 19th following his belated admission to mismanaging the state's fiscal affairs as a result of comingled his finances with those of the state; report informed subsequent legislation concerning the Treasury.
  No copy known extant; Thomas Ritchie, the public printer, was ordered on February 2, 1820, to print 250 copies of this report and its accompanying documents for use of the Assembly, so the attribution here to the partnership then conducting Ritchie's press.
