Records Oversight Committee

The Records Oversight Committee (ROC) meets four times a year at the Library of Virginia. The purpose of the committee is to discuss and approve Records Retention and Disposition Schedules presented by the Records Analysis section.

  • The State Archivist/The Government Records Services (GRS) Director
  • State Records Archivist
  • Local Records Program Manager
  • Senior Local Records Archivist
  • Archives & Library Reference Services
  • Records Management Manager
  • Records Management Analysts

Additional support is provided by:

  • GRS Administrative Assistant
  • Resources Teamβ€”as needed to fulfill the quorum to vote at ROC
