Public Schools Records Consortium

The Public Schools Records Consortium (PSRC) is a group of Virginia school administrators and records managers who meet up to six times a year at the Library of Virginia. The group has partnered with us and the Virginia Department of Education to bring better understanding and resources to issues around managing school records.

We have created an educational listserv (Ed-SIG) to enhance communication by enabling school administrators and records managers to pose questions to and exchange ideas with school records professionals from across the Commonwealth. To subscribe to Ed-SIG, contact Teshawna Threat.

Regular Meetings

PSRC meetings for the 2025-2026 academic year will be held on the dates listed below. The in-person component of hybrid meetings will take place from 10:00am to 1:00pm at the Library of Virginia: 800 East Broad Street, Richmond VA, 23219.

Meetings are recorded and available on our YouTube channel within a week of the meeting date.
